Strategic and perfect location in Labuan, just next door to ferry terminal and the airport and town.

Not so friendly staff!

Hotel was wonderful, rooms were modern and perfect. We really enjoyed rooms with extra bed. We often visited a roof top bar.

We enjoyed the comforts of this hip new hotel. Everything was fine, nonetheless a few employees were not so friendly. Got satisfactory breakfasts and overall had a perfectly pleasant stay overall for our business trip. Location: the venue was very close to the airport and town, Labuan in future, and the restaurant. Easily reached Chef Talk Restaurant, located just a short walk away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Simply no reason to complain, real good stay. Location really close to city centre, convenient store, and the airport and town. Good choice of food options not too far from the venue. Huge and spacious room with a nice decor. The breakfast was satisfactory and the staff was helpful.

The location was strategic and particularly good, relatively near Financial Park. Loved to spend 3 days in our new-fashioned suite with good view and extra bed, as example. All of the staff were always welcoming and efficient.

It became my favorite place to stay in Labuan. The room was huge, modern and had climate control, multi-channel TV, and a mini fridge bar. The staff was excellent and very attentive all the time. Also, location was strategic, just a short walk away from Labuan Golf Club. The restaurant was nice at the top floor.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Labuan. My stay was fine here thanks to its quiet ambience. Stayed for 2 nights, the staff was absolutely friendly during all this time. The hotel had indeed a strategic and comfortable location in a quiet environment. It was also really close to ferry terminal, the restaurant and convenient store.

Their rooms are always neat and incredible with good view as well as extra bed. The location of the venue is comfy and unbeatable, not far from airport and town and the shops restaurants and city area. They have a roof top bar.

Mind-blowing views from the Sky Bar, with super fast service and EXCELLENT food. The room cleanliness was on point, no worries at all. The cheap and delicious breakfast in a beautiful setting was jaw-dropping. Can't wait to come back!

Remarkable hotel, huge rooms, bravo!

extraordinarily friendly and very courteous stuff and the place was clean. new building and rooms with good view. with coffee & tea makers and a fridge.

Remarkable and comfortable hotel overlooking street, we had a fine experience here. Its staff were absolutely friendly. The location was comfy and absolutely perfect, only 5 minutes walk to Labuan Museum. The area was shopping. The restaurant was nice at the top floor, it had freshly cooked dishes...

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast had a great selection of tasty food. We loved that there was a mini supermarket conveniently located below the hotel. The hotel's proximity to the airport and the free shuttle arrangement was a bonus. We were also pleased to be allowed a late check-out until 1 pm. The staff were attentive and professional, making our experience even better. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight, offering delicious food at a reasonable price. we highly recommend staying here. It's no wonder the hotel was fully booked during our stay.

Location is strategic and unbeatable, to the ferry terminal. There's cool The Living Room approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel, make desserts etc.

Think that this modern and remarkable hotel is beyond compare, liked it. The property is fairly clean; neat rooms; comfy bed. The staff is very attentive and always welcoming and accommodates all of guests' needs. The breakfast is good, and the location is unbeatable next to Labuan in future, the airport and town, and restaurant. Offers very efficient service and outstanding food. It has easy to access parking, rooftop bar.
